This tool works extremely well with small flies and was specifically designed to assist fisherman with dexterity or vision impairments. The EyeTie Fly Threading Tool features three different magnetized slots that accommodate fly sizes 4-8, 10-14 and 16-24.  Flies are magnetically held in place and aligned in the appropriate slot to enable easy tippet threading through one of the specially designed funnels.
